Client Services Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Chartered Institute of Linguists, working in the fast-paced Client Services Team of its Awarding Organisation, CIOL Qualifications. We offer a broad range of both regulated professional qualifications for linguists as well as customer focused qualifications for government departments, agencies, business organisations, universities and schools. At this time, we are growing our suite of qualifications and extending our examination activities both in the UK and overseas.

We have a vacancy to lead the Client Services Team as Client Services Manager involving a broad range of managerial tasks as well as providing support to candidates and centres. The team provides administrative support for all of IoLET’s assessments, so high level managerial skills as well as accuracy/eye for detail are a must in helping us to maintain our gold standard reputation for qualification delivery.

We want to appoint someone with strong leadership, IT and customer services skills, who is prepared to work within a constantly changing and diverse environment. The role will suit someone who is comfortable working under pressure to deadlines while maintaining flexibility and creativity. With change pretty much a constant, we are looking for the right person to manage, guide and develop the support team. A can-do attitude and a calm but positive response in the face of new and varied challenges are essential.
