News and updates
When you subscribe to our news and updates or complete the ‘Contact us’ form on our website we will add the details you provide to our client management system (Xero), our mailing list (mailchimp) as well as our internal IT system. We will use the details you provide to send you emails from time to time about HR-related content. We will also email you about training events that we are holding. Occasionally, we may also email you about times when the HRSP office is unavailable (such as a power/internet/phone outage, or training).

By submitting your details, you consent to HRSP processing your information as described, and to store this information on our IT systems as well as Xero and Mailchimp.

Contact us
When you complete the ‘Contact us’ form on our website we will also use this information to contact you in response to your request.

If you are accessing the application pack for a client, we will ask you for your name and email address. We are the Data Controller for this information and we collect this information to assess the volume of response to the advertising and we may also email you as the closing date approaches.

We act as a data processor for personal data provided to us if you respond to a recruitment campaign we are undertaking on behalf of our clients. Our client’s privacy notice will be available to you within the information provided for the relevant role you are applying for.

Any personal data submitted for recruitment will be deleted six months after the recruitment process concludes, or from submission in the case of speculative enquiries.

If you are applying for a role to work at HRSP, we are the Data Controller for any personal data provided to us as part of our internal recruitment process in line with HRSP’s applicant privacy notice.
