Our aim is to provide organisations with quality, affordable HR services.

We are so confident about the quality of our services that we do not require you to sign lengthy contracts. Instead, we offer a range of payment options to suit every organisation’s size and budget:

Pay as you go

This allows you to access HR support when you need it. Pay as you go is more suited to smaller charities where funding is tight and the HR needs are few and far between.  

Pre-pay

Clients with light needs often find it attractive to purchase support hours in advance.

This option caters for smaller organisations who may not need to access our services on a regular basis, but know there are ‘hours in the bank’ just in case. Prepaid hours are available in multiples of five.

Retained

If you need more frequent support, our retained service helps you plan and budget. We will assess your needs and agree a monthly retainer budget with you in advance and we will let you know your monthly usage and invoice the agreed monthly payment.

The number of retained hours may be adjusted during the year with your agreement to reflect your usage.

Retained hours start from as little as 3.5 hours a month and we will not tie you into a long-term contract. You can stop your service at any time.
