The online training session delivered by HRSP covering equality, diversity and inclusion was delivered brilliantly. The approach to tailoring content to the needs of the organisation and in this case, an audience of board members, was well handled. The offer of online training from HRSP is something we will be taking more advantage of from now on.

Using Insights with HR Services Partnership for our senior team gave us a clearer picture of the team dynamics and how we can get the best out of each other. Having the opportunity to work with Annabelle through an online team session also ensured we were able to deliver this during the COVID period. It will be a valuable tool in creating a high-performing team with a clearer understanding of our individual and collective profile.

Through working closely with HRSP for many years, we approached them to deliver some training for our team. The benefit of this was that the training was tailor-made for our organisational needs and this bespoke course would have been hard to find elsewhere. The training was virtual and covered data protection, GDPR, confidentiality and how to carry out investigations. We wondered how effective the training would be as due to the current pandemic situation it would need to be delivered virtually, but it remained as effective as the previous face-to-face training that we have had with HRSP. We have already seen the benefit of attending this practical course and would have no hesitation in attending another course delivered virtually by HRSP.

We spent time exploring our culture and values and developed a new strategic plan with clear links to these. Using HRSP’s Insights Discovery programme, Annabelle designed a highly successful team away day for our senior management team. We are continuing to work with Annabelle to develop our ongoing leadership programme. I recommend this approach to any organisation which is seeking to develop both individual and team awareness of staff and managers and I feel is excellent value for money.

I have used HR Services Partnership for a variety of our projects and consultancy and have been very impressed with them throughout. In particular, the support I received from Rachel has been invaluable. She provided excellent advice and consulting support, with clear guidance on how to manage complex staff negotiations, content for the business case and how to manage specific communications. Rob and his team supported us through an extremely complex restructure affecting 45 staff. They helped us plan and implement the changes with professionalism and care, and were personally supportive through a stressful change period as well as professionally competent. Unfortunately due to COVID19, Flexible Machining Systems Ltd (FMS) had no choice but to restructure the business in 2020. Many thanks to HRSP for your support during our restructuring process.
