At HR Services Partnership, we can also provide you with Corporate & Executive Coaching support. Our expert, Laura Borland, has over thirteen years experience in the voluntary sector, seven years of which have been in senior leadership positions. She is highly skilled and experienced in leadership, change management, trouble-shooting and organisational reviews, with a strong track record of successfully facilitating individuals, teams and organisations to grow, develop and achieve results. 

Laura believes that coaching has a significant role in the development of organisations as it removes barriers which may previously have prevented individuals, teams and organisations from achieving their full potential. As a Corporate & Executive Coach, she combines her knowledge and experience with the practical application of specialised coaching techniques to help people discover their own strategies for achieving success and find ways to translate their ambitions into actions and results.
